What is this?
Each year, STA fields teams that compete at different levels against other GLTA (Gay Lesbian Tennis Association) clubs on the West Coast. They are one of the most fantastic tennis experience you can have – traveling to play with a team that will cheer your every move, and forming lifelong bonds and friendships, all while challenging yourself during friendly competition.
West Coast Cup is like a gay Davis Cup – full of competitive team spirit, rooting and high-fives. Each team plays 12 singles and 12 doubles matches. Whichever team wins the most matches, wins the Cup!
